ActioNet is looking for a Lead for Planning and Development requiring a TS/SCI Clearance. This position is located at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
The Lead for Planning and Development integrates joint and coalition network requirements into operational plans, exercises, and mission-support activities. This role supports crisis, contingency, and exercise planning, develops OPLAN/CONPLAN annexes, prepares readiness reports, and ensures communication plans are aligned with operational objectives. The Lead will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including USFK leadership, coalition partners, and internal teams, to ensure seamless and secure communications planning across all mission environments.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining communication-related operational plans, annexes, and exercise scenarios.
  • Supporting crisis response, contingency planning, and operational readiness assessments.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations for network and communications planning.
  • Coordinating across joint, coalition, and USFK stakeholders to align planning efforts.
  • Preparing and presenting readiness reports, briefings, and operational updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable DoD, USFK, and operational planning standards.
Requirements:
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR 3–5 years of planning experience on a General Officer staff
• Experience: Background in operational planning, network integration, or joint communications exercises preferred
• Preferred: Experience in joint or coalition operations, crisis planning, or US military staff planning
