Description
ActioNet is seeking a Productions Operations Leader for an immediate, a REMOTE opportunity with occasional travel (10%) to the Washington, D.C. area. This role requires U.S. citizenship to be eligible for federal government security clearance.
We are looking for a hands-on Production Operations Leader who’s excited about keeping our systems running smoothly and building a strong, collaborative team culture. You’ll take charge of critical troubleshooting, lead incident responses, and work closely with development and IT teams to make sure everything runs reliably. This role is all about making an impact, ensuring high performance, and creating a positive environment where teams work seamlessly together.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee production operations and coordinate incident response across teams.
- Ensure system reliability and performance by maintaining operational standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical issues and coordinate with development and IT teams.
Basic Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Local candidate based on the East Coast, within commuting distance of Washington, DC
