ActioNet is hiring a Program Manager in Falls Church, VA (HQ). This position requires a Secret clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership, management, and direction for the DoD program.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and IT leadership for program performance, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple task areas, including network operations, cybersecurity, applications, mobile device management, and help desk support.
• Manage contract deliverables, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics in compliance with the PWS.
• Lead risk management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of the program.
• Ensure compliance with DoD directives, RMF, FISMA, and IT governance requirements.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reports, dashboards, and performance briefings.
• Direct quality assurance efforts, ensuring all services meet or exceed Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and government leadership.
• Promote continual service improvement and innovation to enhance mission support.

Required Job Experience:
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT program/project management supporting DoD  programs.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise IT contracts, staff, and subcontractors.
• Strong background in IT service delivery across multiple domains (NetOps, Cybersecurity, Applications, Help Desk).
• Experience with DoD acquisition, reporting requirements, and IT governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Degree (Required or certifications below can be substituted in lieu of):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or related field.

Certification (Preferred one of the following in lieu of Required Degree):
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or III certification (e.g., CAP, CISSP, CISM).
