Vulnerability Assessment (VA) Team Lead | Req#2764
ActioNet is looking for a Vulnerability Assessment Team Lead to the enterprise vulnerability inventory for a Federal civilian agency.
Perform regularly scheduled (monthly and ad hoc) vulnerability assessments using a master schedule. Customize and maintain scan polices, zones, and repositories as it relates to the USPTO network. Perform scan functions and review scan results to ensure accurate findings and identification of false positives. Create and customize scan reports and data feeds to be imported/integrated into third party assessment tools. Employ ad-hoc or emergency scanning to support targeted incident investigation, escalation, and emergency response to security events in accordance with documented procedures. Brief leadership on current and future vulnerabilities, security policies and industry standards. Brief leadership on most impactful vulnerabilities, configurations, and penetration testing efforts.

- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- 5+ years experience performing vulnerability assessments for an enterprise network
- CISM or CISSP Certification
- US Citizen
- DoD secret clearance
- Networking or OS administration certifications
- Experience with various security technologies (e.g. IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM)
