ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Change Management Analyst located in Pristina, Kosovo. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a government critical infrastructure program.

As the Change Management Analyst you will provide support to the program management office and assist with the oversight of documentation development and management. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties include auditing and evaluating system change management processes.
• Compile and analyze users’ change requests and determine ways to implement requested changes.
• Teach system users to exploit and utilize the tools at their disposal or help them deal with adopting new software and hardware.
• Develop and disseminate documentation for system users so that they can better understand the tools they are using.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role/experience
• Must read and write proficiently in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand complex business systems to ensure proper documentation is developed

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting government customers
• Experience in energy, technology, transportation, or other critical infrastructure area
