ActioNet has an opportunity for the Master Integration and Engineering Manager leads enterprise-wide integration and migration efforts, ensuring that IT systems are aligned with business and security requirements. This role is responsible for establishing integration frameworks, managing dependencies, and executing migration plans to modernize agency’s IT infrastructure.

Location:  Hybrid/Remote.  Candidate should be local to DMV area.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Integration and Migration Plan.
• Manage dependencies between on-premises and cloud systems.
• Oversee transition planning and execution for IT modernization efforts.
• Implement automation for seamless data and application migration.
• Ensure alignment with agency’s "Cloud Smart" strategy.
• Conduct risk assessments for migration initiatives.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT integration and migration management.
• Expertise in cloud technologies and enterprise application modernization.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOGAF or ITIL certification.
• Experience managing large-scale federal IT projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
