Description

ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Management Analyst, supporting our Defense unit. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Location: San Antonio, TX

Clearance: Secret

Join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Government Support staff to execute system backup and restoration operations. You will develop, maintain, and utilize documented Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ITIL and industry best practices to meet application/system owner requirements.

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct organizational studies, evaluations, and system design to improve operations.
  • Perform work simplification, studies, and develop improvement recommendations.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge to execute high-impact assignments and key tasks.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose changes to enhance organizational success.
  • Create and implement methodologies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop web content management strategies, technical documentation, and standardization.
  • Collect and analyze metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication and maintain document repositories.
  • Manage and maintain document libraries, wikis, and content in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Draft programmatic documentation through requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and improve responsiveness.
  • Oversee user account management, including adding or removing access.
  • Coordinate planning, facilitation, and execution of monthly, quarterly, biannual meetings.
  • Oversee preparation and dissemination of standardized reports and notifications.
Required Job Experience: 
 
  • Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Proven ability to analyze workflows and insights to create streamlined IT processes.
  • Evaluate performance, trends, and create recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Organize and maintain up to date document repositories, wikis, and SharePoint libraries.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders from IT, staff, and leadership.
  • Coordinate planning sessions, communicate outcomes and actions effectively.
  • Manage user account processes, access controls and tracking usage.
  • SharePoint, wikis, and other collaborative tools.
  • Compiling, analyzing and aggregate data for regular reports, dashboards, and evaluations.
 
Degree (Required): Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
 
Certification (One or more preferred):
    • Project Management Professional
    • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional
    • Certified Government Financial Manager
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems
    • Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals
    • ITIL Foundation
    • Microsoft Certified SharePoint Associate
    • Certified Knowledge Manager
    • SAFe Agilist Certification
    • Certified Change Management Professional
