Description

ActioNet is looking  for a Program Manager eligible for Secret Clearance in the Augusta, GA area. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.        
    
The Program Manager will oversee Information Business Operations services, ensuring timely deliverables, compliance with performance metrics, and effective issue and risk communication to the Government Task Manager.

Location: Augusta,GA

Clearance: Secret
    
Primary Responsibilities: 
     
    • Plans and leads major information technology assignments and projects
    • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
    • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
    • Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments 
    • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
    • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
    • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
    • This role manages all Contractor Personnel with respect to meeting the requirements and performance objectives
Required Job Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required in technical field
  • Ten (10) Years progressive's experience managing IT programs required
  • 12 months experience in utilizing SharePoint as a Project Management Information Systems(PMI) or like system to monitor and track project status
  • Required Certification : PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR, ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups
  • Experience developing and leading complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating, and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans.
  • Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives
  • Experience with managing Military Medical programs is preferred.
Degree (Required): Master’s degree and/or equivalency
 
Certifications (Required):
  • PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
