Revenue Operations Analyst

Sales Portland, Oregon

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to be the go-to operator for our go-to-market systems. Reporting to the Director of Enablement & Business Development, you'll turn prioritized requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing into working Salesforce configuration, clean data, reliable reports, and polished leadership materials.

This is an execution-focused role. Strategy and prioritization are set by your manager and the executive leadership team; you'll own getting the work done carefully, correctly, and in a way that's documented and repeatable. Your first big mission: turn a Salesforce org with years of history into one the whole revenue team trusts, with deduped records, clear territories, documented fields and reporting people actually act on. You'll see your work in every pipeline review, and you'll build the foundation for a broader RevOps career along the way.

What You Will Do

  • Data Hygiene: Lead the Salesforce cleanup: merge duplicate accounts, leads and contacts; enrich and backfill records; deprecate fields with no material purpose. Work in careful, tested phases that never disrupt daily operations.

  • Field and Process Documentation: Audit and document which fields drive workflows, automations, reporting and cross-system syncs, how each is updated, and the processes that keep data clean going forward.

  • Territory Management: Help build and maintain territories and account ownership for BDRs, AEs and AMs.

  • Integrations and Data Flow: Own the integrations between our sales stack and Salesforce, including the Gong Engage sync, so activity data lands cleanly and activity reporting is reliable. Monitor syncs and fix errors fast.

  • ZoomInfo: Run enrichment, list builds and the ZoomInfo–Salesforce integration.

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage users, profiles and permissions; maintain fields, objects, page layouts and validation rules.

  • Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, renewals, forecast, quota attainment and sales activity.

  • Leadership Materials: Pull and assemble the data behind QBRs and other leadership decks, including performance snapshots, pipeline tables and forecast summaries.

  • Marketing Ops Support: Support lead routing, campaign tracking and data flow between Act-On and Salesforce.

  • Request Queue: Work a prioritized weekly sprint and ad hoc queue, communicate status clearly, and flag trade-offs early.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).

  • Experience: 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Salesforce administration, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Salesforce Skills: Comfortable with reports, dashboards, Data Loader, large imports and record merges; able to trace how a field is used across automations and integrations. Knows what belongs in a sandbox versus production, and how to test, validate and deploy changes safely.

  • Sales Tech Stack: Experience with ZoomInfo and Gong Engage is a strong plus; familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

  • Data Comfort: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with imports, exports and data cleanup.

  • Execution: Organized, reliable and patient with meticulous, multi-pass data work; careful to test changes before they touch live records.

  • Communication: Clear writer who can explain what changed and why to non-technical teammates.

  • Location: Based in the Portland, OR metro area and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
