As the Sr. Director of IT, you’ll play a critical role in supporting business growth through smart, secure, and scalable technology solutions. From managing infrastructure and cybersecurity to exploring AI-powered tools and leading digital transformation projects, your leadership will drive ACS forward.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and execute an IT roadmap that aligns with ACS’s business objectives and growth strategy. Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance scalability, efficiency, and long-term innovation, particularly in areas like AI, automation, and process improvement.
Cybersecurity & Risk Oversight: Lead the development and execution of a proactive cybersecurity and risk management framework. Conduct regular security assessments, ensure compliance with industry standards, and safeguard ACS’s digital assets through strong governance, monitoring, and incident response strategies.
Infrastructure & Operations Management: Oversee the performance and reliability of all IT systems, including cloud services, networks, and critical business applications. Ensure seamless operations, minimize downtime, and implement infrastructure upgrades that support evolving business needs and operational continuity.
Team & Vendor Leadership: Direct and mentor a high-performing internal IT team while managing relationships with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Set clear expectations, foster growth, and ensure that all technology support—internal or external—meets performance and service standards.
Project Execution & Change Enablement: Lead the execution of technology projects from planning to delivery. Ensure new systems and tools are implemented effectively, users are trained and supported, and change is managed smoothly across the organization with minimal disruption.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, ideally at the Director level or above, with a strong track record of aligning technology strategy to business goals.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and system architecture, with the ability to dive into hands-on operations when needed.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise, including risk management, threat mitigation, incident response, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional IT projects from planning to execution, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Experience managing both internal IT teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a collaborative and performance-driven leadership style.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to assess and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance operational effectiveness.
