We are looking for an experienced and passionate marketing expert to drive B2B end user demand and awareness in the EMEA region. We are in a sustained period of fantastic growth and as a result, are expanding our team to bring in a B2B/Enterprise Marketing expert.

Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, the Enterprise Marketing Manager will own and execute marketing engagement with decision makers and influencers in our target B2B end user/enterprise accounts across the EMEA region.

You will work collaboratively with the EMEA Enterprise Sales Team and the EMEA Marketing Team to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan that includes a variety of ABM, digital, content, events and other activity to reach your target audience and contribute to building new & repeat business pipeline. You will take ownership for managing the projects and working with creative, digital, & regional stakeholders and a selection of agencies to deliver high performing campaigns.

The primary objectives for the successful candidate will be to increase sales lead pipeline through various marketing methods. This role would suit someone from an enterprise marketing role, with good knowledge of digital marketing & CRM practices.

This is a hybrid working role working from our located in Aylesbury, Bucks, and from home. International applicants will be considered, but must be based within commuting distance of an ACCO Brands office across EMEA.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Tasks

  • Execute multi-channel integrated programs to include, but not limited to, ABM, digital, social media, events, webinars & email to drive marketing lead acquisition and sales pipeline
  • Work with agencies (new and existing) to plan and execute end user campaigns
  • Develop a range of buyer persona documentation, detailing pain points and map the relevant Kensington solutions.
  • Support the EMEA Enterprise Sales team with customer presentations and pitches for key accounts, providing insight in to the Kensington USPs and co-ordinate events in collaboration with our alliance partners
  • Working with digital and communications stakeholders, build automated lead nurture flows and build reporting tools to track success against KPIs
  • Engage with end users to develop case studies to be used to further lead generation efforts
  • Reporting on key metrics such as ROI, MQL generation, conversion rates & more
  • Utilise Salesforce and Pardot to drive engagement with lapsed customers and assist the enterprise sales team with hunting and farming campaigns
  • Provides input into the Demand Planning/Forecasting process to ensure product availability
Competencies / Attributes Required
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, consumer electronics or SAAS industries
  • Highly organised, data-driven marketer with a creative and proactive mindset with a tenacious drive to consistently improve results and ROI
  • CRM experience is essential, preferably Salesforce & Pardot. Previous experience of running ABM campaigns is an advantage
  • Must demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills and a strong track record of working with sales teams and leadership
  • Financially & Commercially astute, with budget control experience and a laser focus on driving ROI
  • Experience of implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive B2B lead acquisition
  • Self-starter the ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Excellent written, spoken communication skills, along with strong copywriting skills
  • Will bring an innovative/entrepreneurial mind-set to the team
  • Sales/results driven attitude, sales experience would be an advantage
  • Masters/MBA would be beneficial
