Location: Middletown, NY
Rate: 17.50/hr

Hours: M-F Mon-Fri 8a-4:30pm 1 evening a week and 1 weekend a month

$2,500 Sign on bonus

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals thrive in stable, supported housing. We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-minded Supported Housing Specialist to support clients living independently in scattered site housing.

What You’ll Do:

Support tenants in developing essential life skills (rent, budgeting, conflict resolution)
Help clients set and achieve personal goals
Provide transportation to appointments and activities (as needed, using agency vehicle)
Connect clients with community resources and services
Accurately document interactions and client progress

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years' experience in human services or a related field
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred (Social Work, Human Services, etc.)
Driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
