Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Location: Middletown, NY
Rate of Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Stencil Press operation and tool maintenance and sharpening.
• Cutting die changeovers.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for safety and overall condition of the manufacturing plant & equipment.
• Tracking daily, weekly and monthly inspection and regularly scheduled maintenance.
• Order parts and keep spare parts organized and well stocked.
• Completing of production reports for timely submission and record keeping.
• Responsible for tool, parts and equipment inventory.
• Responsible for brass inventory.
• Responsible for efficient equipment operation and upkeep.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Run stencil presses.
- Tool maintenance including sharpening.
- Tooling changeovers.
- Responsible for safety and overall condition of the plant & equipment.
- Responsible for all assembly and manufacturing.
- Back up Supervision responsibilities.
- Implement “Lean” manufacturing efficiencies.
- Requires frequent and sustained periods of standing, sitting, squatting and moving.
- Responsible for parts and equipment inventory maintenance.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:
- Assignments may be determined at a future date
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Passion for “lean” efficiencies and customer service.
- Ability to facilitate multiple priorities.
- Clean NY State driver’s license.
- Able to work closely with the Production Coordinators, Floor Supervisors, Quality Inspector and Product Contract Workers to ensure that in-process quality standards are being met.
- Assist in the review, revision and development of procedures that enhance the in-line quality process.
- Strong sense and desire to deliver world-class customer service.

- This position requires manufacturing equipment and assembly experience with a strong quality control aptitude. This position will have occasional work during nights and weekends to monitor quality standards of these teams as well.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Requires 5 + machine maintenance and operation experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Equipment and industrial knowledge base.
- Exposure to cutting press operation.
- Clean NY State driver’s license. CDL Class B a plus.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Must have a professional appearance.

Occasional lifting of 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
