Job Description: Senior Human Resource Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resource (HR) Reporting SR Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics. Providing both scheduled and ad-hoc data requests in support of business activities and on-going business owner requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), payroll, applicant tracking, and various other data driven systems.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to varying levels of leadership.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • May conduct or assist with data audits to ensure that system data is collected and stored in accordance with best practices and is following Company and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Continued support and ongoing development of the HR Dashboard.
  • Create and provide custom data solutions to business owners.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Technology, or related field required
  • At least three years of experience in a corporate reporting role preferred
  • Position requires CV-19 Vaccination as a condition of employment. 

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, Charts, and Graphing – required
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills - preferred
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
  • Experience with transforming data into information
  • The ability to identify data issues and provide recommendations for system updates
  • Experience using reporting tools to include, but not limited to:
  • Workday workforce analytics and reporting Jobvite analytics ICIMS workflow statistic and reporting
