Your Role:
  • Warm Welcomes: Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival.
  • Preparation and Comfort: Prepare patients for treatments or examinations, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Organized and Ready: Select and arrange instruments, equipment, and materials required for procedures.
  • Sterilization Standards: Follow strict sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment.
  • Chairside Assistance: Provide skilled chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
  • Laboratory Tasks: Perform assigned laboratory tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Patient Guidance: Offer clear oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients.
  • Clean and Organized: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a dental assistant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical setting
  • Ability to perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
