Sign On Bonus: $1,000    
   
   
Salary ranges are determined by your experience: A base salary ranging from $47,000 to $65,000, PLUS bonuses in the range from $10,000-$20,000 annually based on office performance.    
   
   
Responsibilities:   
   
   
  • Exemplifying company culture, values, standards, and optimal operational practices through the Absolute Dental Bleed Blue Framework; consistently learning to foster an environment that champions our AD culture and values on a daily basis.    
  • Evaluating, recruiting, and retaining suitable team members through thorough training, supervision, counseling, and coaching.    
  • Strategies for providing impactful leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members, aiming to recognize and implement opportunities for improvement.    
  • Assess and review office production and procedures to devise innovative methods for enhancing efficiency.    
  • The significance of honoring commitments and maintaining open communication with direct supervisors to foster trust-based relationships, addressing issues and concerns openly and promptly.    
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies, and addressing others in a professional and respectful manner.    
  • Formulate and propose programs aimed at improving office operations, patient retention, and profitability.    
  • Stay updated on software systems to manage and retrieve data for managerial reporting.    
  • Collaborate with HR to assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues.    
  • Complete and submit employee records to HR, payroll, and other relevant departments.    
  • Facilitate the procurement of dental equipment, tools, and supplies.    
  • Cultivate an office environment that ensures optimum patient care and customer service.    
  • Foster collaborative working relationships within the organization to achieve goals.    
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent state dental laws.    
  • Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and laws.    
   
    
   
Minimum Qualifications:   
   
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in a professional office (dental. hospitality, retail, medical, etc.).    
   
   
  • Experience in working in a fast pace and patient centric environment    
  • Proficiency in examining processes and information, recognizing issues and trends, and formulating successful solutions and strategies.    
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.    
  • Reliable; uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to team ethics.    
  • Must be able to work weekends    
  • Required to clear a background check and drug test    
   
Preferred Experience:   
   
   
  • 1+ years of experience in a dental setting    
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable    
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience    
  • BILINGUAL
