Revenue Operations Analyst
The Revenue Operations Analyst (“Analyst”) is a key contributor to the planning, design, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and business systems that drive efficient processes and data-informed decisions across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role partners closely with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to provide clear, accurate insights that support both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs.
With a solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models, the Analyst identifies gaps and opportunities in processes, reporting, and systems. They translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations, ensuring decision-makers have the information they need to improve efficiency, forecast accurately, and accelerate growth.
Success in this role requires a mix of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and collaborative problem-solving. The Analyst thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, working both independently and as part of a team to deliver scalable solutions that support revenue goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, automate, and optimize Power BI data pipelines and KPI dashboards to deliver actionable insights across the customer lifecycle - focusing on metrics such as ARR, net and gross retention, churn, growth, campaign performance and customer health in support of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence
- Consolidate and analyze data from Salesforce and billing system, product usage, customer success and other platforms to identify growth opportunities, surface risks, and inform strategic initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion within a recurring revenue model.
- Design scalable workflows and automations within the Salesforce platform, leveraging tools such as Agentforce AI and Einstein Analytics to enhance team productivity and streamline customer interactions
- Key contributor to the functional requirements of core GTM systems – including Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, and PowerBI data models. Experience in creating actionable and comprehensive business requirement documentation
- Contribute to a customer-focused environment, including scheduled and ad-hoc requests, that encourage information sharing, team-based resolution activity, and an absolute focus on improving customer experience
What You Need:
- B.A./B.Sc./B.E./BBA/Technical or Business Diploma in a related field
- Comprehensive proficiency in PowerBI: Sourcing, merging and shaping data, DAX calculations, visualizations and dashboards
- Strong ability to write queries in Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server.
- 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience, and relevant work experience in data analysis or business analysis-type role.
- Proficient with Excel, including cleaning and merging data, formulas, pivots, charts, etc.
- Strong data discovery, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS industry best practices and common KPIs.
- Experience with common Salesforce objects, including cases, opps, contacts, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce & Einstein Analytics.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in problem-solving environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills essential
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact
- Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
Preferred Skills
- Business Analysis Certification or MIS Concentration
- Previous experience in GTM / Revenue Operations role (Sales Operations, Renewals, Pro Serv, Support, Customer Success)
- Experience with ETL tools like Matillion
- Technical Salesforce background
- Gainsight and Salesforce administration
- Familiarity within cyber security
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
The base pay range for this position is from $80,000-95,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
