Working as part of Absolute’s award-winning Sales team, we are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join our fast-growing business and lead our Legal Vertical for our US Enterprise NetMotion Business. The is a critical member of the Sales organization and is responsible for the fast growing Legal vertical. 

In this role, you would be responsible for primarily driving significant revenue growth from new account acquisitions, as well as driving expansion & cross-sell support to existing customers.  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated & self-directed individual that can create & execute on sales strategy for the region.  This role reports to the Principal Lead, Global Legal & Finance.

Secure Access provides security solutions for millions of devices deployed around the world, including some of the leading Law Firms, 7 of the 10 largest airlines, 85% of US public safety agencies, and a variety of other major organizations ranging from utilities, healthcare and Financial firms to logistics. Customers choose the NetMotion platform for its powerful software-defined perimeter (SDP / ZTNA), experience monitoring and mobile-first enterprise VPN functionality. Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of sales success within the enterprise software industry.
  • History of over quota performance and revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement -Define the customers current IT situation, challenges and needs. Present NetMotion product web demos to prospects and existing customers as a solution to their needs
  • Become a trusted advisor and product expert to all customers regarding endpoint security
  • Share customer best practices and acquire customer references
  • Attend onsite customer meetings and events where ROI is high for sales conversion
  • Developing and executing sales strategy, managing a large territory
  • Direct high-touch sales experience to enterprise accounts, managing complex, lengthy sales cycles.
  • Data mine high potential accounts, identify key accounts & contacts to engage
  • Follow up on all leads provided through marketing resources in a timely and effective manner. Working with channel partners to create leads and close joint business. Develop & maintain a high lead conversion rate
  • Maintain a high daily rate of outbound calling and email campaigns
  • CRM Management (Salesforce.com)
  • Build and maintain an effective four quarter rolling 2-3x pipeline - ensuring an accurate forecast with daily updates
  • Maintain customer accounts and contact accuracy
  • Document pertinent meetings, emails, phone calls and supporting customer data as appointments, activities and/or notes to ensure seamless customer support
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

What You Will Need:

  • In order to come up to speed quickly in this position it is important that you have 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a minimum of 3+ years in the networking, security or mobility categories. You must be passionate about selling technology solutions and be able to communicate the value proposition to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical understanding. Must be mentally agile, can process and retain complex information with ease and is both articulate & engaging
    • Knowledge of Security as a technology or set of technologies
    • Selling SaaS platforms, a plus
    • Extremely strong ability to build relationships, prospect and qualify new opportunities via Pipeline Growth activities
    • Proven experience selling & presenting to executives
    • Ability to communicate with people at all levels inside the organization
    • Ability to negotiate long-term license agreements directly with customers/through our partners
    • Strong proven business acumen
    • The ability to over-achieve goals, highly organized with a desire to win, strong drive for results
