Account Executive, DELL LATAM

Please note the successful candidate will ideally be based in Mexico City – although strong out of territory candidates will also be considered.
The Opportunity:
The Absolute Security Dell Account Executive is a key member of the LATAM business unit reporting to the Director of OEM and Channel Sales. The primary responsibility is working with Dell inside and field sellers to drive revenue growth across Mexico and MCLA.
 
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with a proven track record of working with OEMs and or Channel partners to sell software. The candidate should also be experienced and comfortable working with both inside and field sales teams.  Additional responsibilities include building relationships with key Dell sales leaders, building and executing programs to drive new pipeline generation, representing Absolute at virtual and on-site industry events, and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
 
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate Sales efforts between Absolute and Dell Sales to achieve assigned sales goals and growth targets 
    • Provide pre-sales assistance to Absolute and Dell account managers via phone, e-mail and/or in person, responding to sales requests and/or inquiries in a timely manner
    • Develop relationships and evangelize Absolute solutions with Dell inside and field sales organizations
    • Assist Absolute and Dell in optimizing sales closure during EOQ activities
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies; including but not limited to:
    • Management Meetings
    • Sales Trainings
    • Planning Meetings
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Continually drives program improvement based on input from field and knowledge of other industry channel programs
  • Travel required (approx. 40%)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years selling enterprise security or management solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive self-starter with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
  • Salesforce.com and modern sales tech stack tool proficiency
  • Modern sales methodology and MEDDPICC proficiency
  • Force Management Command of the Message experience highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience working with Dell Technologies is a definite advantage
