Admin & HR Coordinator
Description
- Manage the day-to-day administration of Vietnam office and be the key point of contact for employees;
- Ensure that the office is physically organized and that employees have all supplies necessary to conduct business;
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Liaise with the building’s management team for any issues or requests;
- Handle budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Administrating Fanpage, internal channels to PR about working environment;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Update HR databases;
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars;
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned;
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
- Organize Company events and internal activities to enhance employee engagement;
- Others tasks as assigned
- Freshers are welcome;
- Good communication, organizational and time-management skills;
- High-level of accuracy and attention to detail when performing tasks;
- Fluent in English;
- “Can-Do” attitude;
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative;
- Ability to handle extremely confidential information
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is preferred;
- Ability to create content. Good use of design tools is preferred;
