• We offer a wide range of growth opportunities within our agency. Through our Pathways program, full time employees have the ability to undergo a mentor and supervision program, behavior specialty, or our Direct Support Professional certification course.

• Explores and exposes individuals to varying experiences in the community.
• Works with young adults and transitioning students with Developmental Disabilities, Autism, brain injury, neurological disorders and intellectual disabilities.
• This unique program operates “independent of walls” meaning that participants are not confined to a particular site-base. Time is spent in the community volunteering and having life experiences!

• YDP is designed to prepare young adults who are interested in pursuing employment with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully begin their careers in a chosen field. Staff focus on helping individuals building critical and transferable employment and social skills onsite while also exploring career options in their local communities.
• The individual’s days will be split between classroom training to develop prevocational skills and being out in the community participating in volunteer work and preparatory training.

• Transitional day program that supports young adults who are transitioning out of high school and into the world of adult services. The individuals spend part of their day in the classroom working on educational activities as well as social activities. They also spend part of their day in the community doing activities such as, but not limited to, going bowling, to the movies, participating in music therapy, going to the park, attending Miracle League, etc.  

• Sensory Program – This program suppose individuals with total care needs. It has a small staff to individual ratio. It is named the sensory program because the focus of learning is often on sensory based activities such as arts and crafts.
• ACCESS Program – This is an adult day program that supports our older population. It can range from someone needing limited support to the person needing total support with all activities of daily living. The days that they are not in the building for programing they are interacting within their community doing activities such as but not limited to going bowling, to the movies, music therapy, going to the park, etc.
