Schedule: TUE-SAT 12P-8P (40 hours weekly) 
Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour

Responsibilities:      
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with direct care staff to oversee day-to-day operations in the group home or program location; assist the Residential Program Manager in guiding and mentoring the team.
  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Drive efficient scheduling, documentation, and assist in creating individualized programs or goals for individuals served.
  • Goal-Oriented Support: Empower individuals in independent living settings to achieve personal milestones. Attend annual meetings, address the need for new goals or changing goals, update paperwork considering unique preferences & abilities, and implement incidental teaching.
  • Community Integration Leadership: Assist in community integration and enhanced life skills instruction for individuals served; create opportunities for engagement in work, recreation, leisure, and completion of errands.

Qualifications:      
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
