Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible day schedule
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans under the guidance of behavioral support clinicians
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with disabilities
- Assist BCBAs with in-home treatments and administrative duties
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge or experience working with disabilities or behavioral supports is a plus
- Must enroll and complete Ability Beyond Behavioral Specialty Training as a requirement
