Location: Bristol     

Hours: Wednesday 2p-9p, Thursday & Friday 1p- 9p (36 hours, full-time) 

Pay Rate: $20/hour       

Responsibilities:     

  • Collaborate with direct support professionals, CNAs, a clinical team, and seasoned nursing staff in a medical group home setting.
  • Ensure availability of personal care and medical supplies for individual needs.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, cooking, bathing, toileting, and appointment arrangements.
  • Provide hands-on support to individuals, considering their preferences and abilities to help them achieve goals.
  • Promote community integration for individuals with disabilities, encouraging participation in work, recreation, leisure, volunteer activities, and socialization skills.

Qualifications:     

  • Current, valid CNA certification. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • One year of college or experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
  • Must meet all requirements for state and/or agency requiring State Certification in Medication Administration.
