Location: Multiple programs across the Greater Bristol Area
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week; Monday–Friday
No weekend, nighttime, or holiday on-call. Mileage reimbursement provided.

We are looking for nurses who want to use their RN skills in a residential setting supporting young adults with mental health and behavioral health needs. This is an opportunity to build relationships, provide clinical guidance, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we support.
What you'll do:
- Provide nursing oversight across residential homes and coordinate care.
- Proactively follow up on clinical concerns, medications, appointments, and changing health needs.
- Collaborate with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams.
- Empower staff through education, training, and ongoing clinical support.
- Advocate for person-centered care and positive health outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Active Connecticut RN License.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
- Experience working with young adults preferred.
- Experience in mental health or behavioral health preferred.
- Experience with dual diagnosis and/or addiction preferred.
- Experience in residential services is a plus.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills.
