We are looking for a compassionate Behavioral Supports Clinician to join our Behavioral Services team! In this role, you will support individuals across residential, vocational, and in-home programs using evidence-based practices. You will empower staff, collaborate with teams, and help individuals achieve their goals every day!

What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement behavior support plans that promote growth, independence, and success.
- Support progress by reviewing data, tracking outcomes, and refining strategies.
- Mentor and empower staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and providers to support each individual’s goals.
- Welcome new individuals and help them transition smoothly into programs.
- Join team meetings, case reviews, and planning sessions to promote success.
- Encourage safety, well-being, and best practices across programs.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused team culture.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with enrollment in a post-graduate program
- 2+ years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide constructive coaching and feedback
