Location(s):  Greater Bristol Area – Young Adult Support Program
Hours: M-F Flex 40 Hour Full Time
Starting Salary: $45,240 / yearly with 1 year experience 
  
  
Responsibilities:    
  • Innovative Strategy Design: Develop creative strategies for effective behavioral support in group homes.
  • Specialized Behavioral Plans: Craft exciting, individualized plans for those with Developmental Disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Traumatic Brain Injury Leadership: Lead the development of support plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, providing staff education.
  • Clinical Documentation Excellence: Ensure meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to best practices in behavioral support.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with families and treatment providers for seamless, collaborative planning processes.
  • Intake and Discharge Participation: Actively contribute to intake and discharge processes, shaping positive outcomes for young adults.

Qualifications:    
  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field; Bachelor’s degree candidates actively pursuing post-graduate degrees considered
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with mental health populations
  • Various education and experience combinations will be considered
  • Demonstrated ability to balance autonomy with teamwork
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Flexibility, adaptability, clear communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience in managing diverse interaction styles
