The Role
We are seeking a high-potential strategic leader to support and drive enterprise-wide initiatives across Global Delivery, Strategic Transformation, Organizational Excellence, and Workforce Strategy. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution, improve organizational effectiveness, and help scale a high-performing global delivery organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of consulting rigor, operational excellence, and strategic thinking, should be comfortable operating across strategy and execution while influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
Work You’ll Do
- Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conduct business analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking, and organizational assessments to identify growth opportunities and operational enhancements.
- Drive transformation programs focused on productivity improvement, scalability, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop business cases, strategic plans, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
- Partner with delivery leadership to enhance operational efficiency, resource utilization, and service quality across global teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators to ensure delivery excellence and accountability.
- Support workforce planning and capacity management across business functions.
- Facilitate leadership reviews, governance forums, and strategic planning sessions.
- Monitor execution of critical priorities, highlighting risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Create executive dashboards, performance reports, and strategic insights for leadership.
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving delivery models.
- Research emerging capabilities, talent markets, and operational best practices.
- Provide actionable insights to strengthen organizational competitiveness and support growth.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, Consulting, Global Operations, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles.
- MBA from a premier institution & Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in consulting firms and exposure to global delivery organizations and multi-geography stakeholder management.
- Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation programs.
- Strong experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Global delivery management across multi-location or offshore–onshore operating models
- Strategic transformation and large-scale change programs
- Enterprise PMO (Program/Project Management Office) functions
- Business operations management and performance improvement
