The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with strong OmniStudio expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio. This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Work You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Build and configure OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
- Customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools
- Participate in full SDLC phases including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the Salesforce platform
- Support data modeling, security configuration (profiles, roles, permission sets), and performance optimization
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong hands‐on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation tools.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce objects, custom metadata, and business logic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer) are a plus.
