The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with strong OmniStudio expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio. This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Work You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Build and configure OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
• Customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and flows
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools
• Participate in full SDLC phases including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the Salesforce platform
• Support data modeling, security configuration (profiles, roles, permission sets), and performance optimization
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong hands‐on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce objects, custom metadata, and business logic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer) are a plus.
