The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to lead technical design and mentor junior developers.


Work You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and declarative tools
  • Lead end-to-end development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
  • Build reusable, high-performance Lightning Web Components with a strong focus on UI/UX and best practices
  • Develop and optimize Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes (Queueable, Future, Batch)
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and third-party applications
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, sharing, and data access models
  • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the development team
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and manage releases across environments
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes, Governor Limits)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization
  • Experience with MuleSoft and MuleSoft Intelligence Document Processing a huge plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
