The Role


We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Manager to lead and scale our design function across products and teams. This role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, and strategic design direction. This role requires actively contributing to design work while mentoring designers, establishing scalable processes, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.


Work You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UI/UX designers, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development planning
  • Use tools like Figma and AI-based design assistants to speed up workflows
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI that’s both beautiful and functional
  • Add motion to your designs using After Effects, Lottie, or AI-powered animation tools
  • Establish UX strategy aligned with business goals and drive adoption of design thinking across the organization
  • Own and evolve the design system, usability standards, and accessibility practices to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
  • Design visual assets for interfaces, websites, branding, and presentations
  • Conduct structured design reviews and ensure readiness before engineering handoff
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to align user experience with technical feasibility and business priorities
  • Represent the design function in leadership and client discussions, facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and design presentations
  • Support pre-sales initiatives through solution concepts, estimates, prototypes, and pitch narratives
  • Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and operational processes while leveraging Figma and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency
  • Define UX success metrics, monitor usability outcomes, and continuously improve team practices based on insights and industry trends
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

 

  • 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design
  • Fluent with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating delivered products and business impact
  • Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadline
