The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Associate with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting corporate IT systems, including endpoint support, network/hardware troubleshooting, and compliance. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, handling onboarding/offboarding, coordinating vendors, and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.


Work You’ll Do

  •  Provide day-to-day IT support for end-user requests and routine IT maintenance
  • Set up and install new laptops, networks, and software applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, hardware, and software
  • Ensure all endpoints comply with organizational IT security policies and perform regular system audits
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding in accordance with established processes
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Perform system maintenance activities, including upgrades and patch management
  • Monitor and maintain workstations, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Manage office IT infrastructure, including video conferencing systems, biometric devices, CCTV, and secure networks
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation and keep detailed records of issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Handle vendor management for procurement, installations, and ISP services.
  • Take ownership of tasks and activities, working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with global teams and manage the Jira IT service desk
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and endpoint security
  • Familiarity with IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, ISO 27001)
  • Able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work collaboratively with a team
