About the job

Our quality team in Dalby needs a self-motivated force, to continue the development of quality and sustainability (environment) to meet the current and future demands. The main objective for the Quality Manager is to ensure overall Food Safety, product quality and sustainability. That means compliance with adopted standards related to Food Safety (FSSCC22000) and quality (ISO9001) for AAK Dalby site and be a part of the daily work to ensure that HACCP, quality standards and quality KPIs are met. We strongly believe that a balanced and well-built management system will lead to an efficient production and help our business thrive!

The Quality Manager responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the management system
  • Certifications and Standard compliance
  • Meet legal and internal requirements regarding Food Safety, Quality and Environment
  • Certifications and Quality audits and Environmental reporting
  • Customer complaints and Re-draw/Re-call
  • Establish and ensure Quality KPI:s, goals and strategies
  • Directly lead and develop the quality department co-workers

You will be placed in Dalby, Sweden, and you will report directly to our Managing Director.

Who are you?


To succeed in this role, you need to have a relevant education, probably on Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, but more importantly, you have experience of the role as Quality manager. An interest in and documented skills within sensoric evaluations, is an advantage. You are fluent with expressing yourself in Swedish speech and writing. We are an international company therefore good skills in the English language is needed. You need to have experience of working with FSSCC22000 and ISO9001. We are looking for a person with experience from the Food and Beverage industry.

We are looking for you who have customer focus and are good at building relationships with the stakeholders crucial for the total quality performance of this site. You are motivated by reaching the department's goals with great commitment to achieving customer satisfaction through the total efficiency and effort from the site. We expect you to have a good drive, strong integrity, good communication skills and initiative to improve the department´s way of working and support other departments in their challenges. As a person, you are positive, organized, socially skilled and you have the capability to organize/plan the departments work, setting priorities and follow up.
