Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst
Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst. The Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst will work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. They will provide technical expertise to internal and external customers, mentor junior team, and use agile methodologies to manage projects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for
Salesforce applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand
requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and
procedures.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Salesforce updates to ensure effective testing
strategies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience
- Must Have Skills : SFDC QA Testing
- Must possess excellent functional insights on CRM Technologies, Saleforce.com, knowledge on salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
- Good to have expertise with working on Middleware.
- Writing Product requirement documents and creating user stories
- Hands on QA experience with: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud CRM Functional Experience, Integration, Salesforce administrator certification
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce App Builder or any cloud certifications
- Skills required: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud CRM Functional Experience, Integration
