Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Certinia PSA modules.
- Responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Demo technical solutions for customers and users.
- Support resolution for issues that arise in testing or production.
- Responsible for identifying and delivering production enhancements related to configuration or business changes.
- Identify and communicate if solutions or requirements have gaps, are too complex, or do not match business needs.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to team members and other stakeholders such that issues and solutions are understood.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and creativity.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience implementing Certinia PSA
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations and project management
- Knowledge and/or experience in business processes and the ability to communicate and interpret business requirements.
- Experience defining and documenting requirements into well-articulated deliverables.
- Ability to run requirement sessions, demos, and scrum calls.
- Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a consulting environment, Salesforce partner experience is preferred.
