Responsibilities: 
  • Lead, manage and perform billable activities as a Sr. Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect or Engagement Lead for implementations.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions. 
  • Provide expert level guidance and strategies for implementing SPIFF based on best practices.
  • Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. 
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements 
  • Liaison between customer stakeholders and technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation. 
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. 
  • Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities. 
Qualifications: 
  • Strong understanding of SPIFF product offerings.
  • Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite.
  • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
  • Experience defining business requirements and use cases
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
