Service Administrator (Onsite – Windsor, CT)
We’re hiring a highly organized Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Windsor, CT branch. Full‑time, onsite, and built for long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support operations and dispatch, including answering calls and creating work orders
- Maintain accurate notes and handle general office/administrative tasks
- Assist with estimates and service documentation
- Serve as a professional point of contact for customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements and new initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or office administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently
- Must be 18+ with a successful background check and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$28/hr, based on experience
