📚 What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create a warm, engaging classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Using our parent communication app to share photos, updates, and learning highlights
  • Building positive, professional relationships with families
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  • Supporting each child’s growth through individual assessments and biannual conferences
  • Being an active, energetic presence in the classroom (lifting, playing, and engaging with children daily)

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

  • CDA Credential or at least 6 college-level Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits
  • Ability to pass all required background checks
  • Previous childcare or teaching experience preferred
  • A positive attitude, patience, and passion for early learning!
