We embrace AI as a tool for productivity at 360 and it’s no different within the hiring process. We recognize it can be a great tool to help you organize your thoughts and help you put your best foot forward but we also believe in our core value of Be Real and Have Fun—which means we value authenticity above all. We want to see your unique perspective and experience come through in the hiring process.

  1. Using AI in your application

    1. Feel free to use AI to check grammar, spelling, and formatting in your resume and cover letter.
    2. AI can help you organize your thoughts, but we encourage you to re-write content in your own words - while AI can be a helpful assistant, your application should reflect your true self.
    3. Do not use AI to exaggerate or inflate your experience - authenticity matters to us and we want to get to know you - your skills, experiences, and personality - so while AI can be a helpful assistant, your application should reflect your true self.

  2. Using AI during the interview process

    1. The interview process is about getting to know you and making sure the role is a good fit for both of us.
    2. You’re welcome to use AI to help prepare materials for presentation-style final interviews, but please let us know which parts were AI-generated.
    3. You can use AI to help you prepare for your interview, however you must not use AI during a live interview to generate real time responses. Your interview responses should be entirely yours and based on your skills and experience – you got this!

      If we suspect that AI has been used during a live interview, we may reject your application as we have not been able to accurately assess your suitability for a role.

  3. Transparency and authenticity

    1. If AI played a significant role in crafting your application materials, be open about it and tell us in your resume.
    2. Misrepresenting your skills or experience - whether through AI or otherwise - also goes against our values and may impact your candidacy.

How we use AI to help us uncover great talent

You may be wondering how we use AI in the hiring process here at 360insights. We don’t use AI exclusively or definitively to screen out candidates based on key word searches. We do use AI within our applicant management system for productivity to prioritize candidates that our recruitment team would like to connect with based on prior experience and skills but ultimately all resumes are read by a human recruiter.
