What is the role and where can you add value?
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Be the person running point and responsible for operational execution support of go-to-market programs that shape the landscape with our strategic customer accounts (RE Partners) with the outcome of driving warranty attachment to RE transaction to progress our Realtor business
- Managing, processing, and reporting on the activity, efficiency, and economic metrics for four strategic go-to-market programs for our large account customers and their warranty attachment during a RE transaction
- Comfortable with a range of program maturities and sizes; some being small volume, manual processing, and spreadsheet based while others are larger platforms (Salesforce infrastructure) centered around marketing services within an RE Partner or receiving, validation, appending, actioning, reporting, and compensating various forms of RE transaction data an RE Partner provides
- Ability to synthase complex topics, cut through the noise, put together solution, action plan, create a presentation, and brief senior leaders
- Identifies, develops and executes business development and marketing programs and product marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue and growing market share, with a focus on accuracy, deadline adherence and tangible results
- Leverages existing program and marketing agreements to enhance retention and penetration rates; identifies, develops and implements near-term and long-term acquisition and nurture efforts to ensure continued awareness and patronage
- Builds and maintains quarterly and annual program project plans that align with overall organizational objectives; manages to and delivers upon set forth initiatives, timelines and impact
- Travel (or virtually join) into markets to accompany sales leaders at customer meetings
- Deliver monthly reporting analytics and evaluation of scorecard criteria for a standard template supporting reviews of the business area and program detail
- Must be a strategic thinker, but possess the ability to execute tactically
- Develops and executes strategic partnership and distribution expansion tactics and programs in support of strategic initiatives to support field sales staff to increase awareness and use of product
- Serves as central hub and liaison to between Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, Accounting, and Legal to understand situation, market drivers, and customer needs. Conducts regular conference calls, meetings and follow up to ensure execution of the program and go-to-market plan while developing and refining new elements, tactics and opportunities to grow brand awareness and market penetration
- Stays current on industry news and latest trends to identify and act on new opportunities
What skills and experience should you bring to this role?
- 1.5+ years Sales Operations, Program Management, or Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Good understanding of positioning offerings for expansion within an enterprise go-to-market program generating transaction detail and lead flow
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Creation of market, data, and reporting analysis
- Creation and briefing of presentations
- Creation of process flow mapping
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management tools and Marketing Automation tools
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design solutions, solicit stakeholders, and communicate as new considerations, challenges, or capabilities arise
- Willingness to lead and do
- Experience building a platform and infrastructure for a program or marketplace a plus
- Knowledge of SFTP and API connectivity and transfers a plus
- Knowledge of Real Estate, RE Transactions, Mortgage, Title, Insurance, Inspection, Homeownership solutions a plus
