Targeted compensation:  $17/hr + bonus

What is the role and where can you add value?

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a Real Estate Support Representative who is highly motivated, customer centric, confident, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed goals and quotas set for them.  As a Real Estate Support Representative, you will be responsible for inputting data, processing and upselling our home warranty products and services for our realtors and account executives. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, and collaborate with stakeholders in a single transaction. Through excellent customer service and computer skills and reliability, you will deliver a world-class customer experience.    This role provides support to Sales Teams, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Homeowners, and Account Executives with inquires and enrollments.  Additionally, this role is an entry level position which could branch into other sales and/or service departments within the organization.   

Core Job Responsibilities:   

   

  • Enroll/Sell home warranty products and services via Inbound phone calls, email, and chat
  • Achieve established monthly goals including sales, options, calls handled and ASA metrics
  • Meet and exceed monthly task and activity completion as assigned via Salesforce
  • Deliver world class customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Provide accurate information by utilizing proper systems, department tools and product brochures.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, situational clarity and sensitivity to each customer’s needs.
  • Follow up on department reports, contact information, and missing enrollment/agent information to ensure data entry/integrity
  • Obtain extensive knowledge of the product, systems and terms and conditions of the 2-10 warranties to accurately advise and educate customers and others of warranty coverages and coverage determinations.
  • Provide administrative support for our Account Executives in the field
  • Manage the queue to support incoming calls from AE’s and Agents
  • Able to perform other duties as assigned that facilitate team success

What skills and experience should you bring to this role?   

   

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle difficult phone calls, basic computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills / able to send out professional correspondence
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Aptitude in Needs Based Discovery Questions
  • Excellent Active Listening Skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook a must) and basic web navigation
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, and is a self-starter
  • Able to utilize math and interpret graphs / charts
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to execute under pressure
