Contracts Manager - EMEA
Zscaler is seeking a talented, experienced, and business-oriented contracts administrator/contracts manager to join its growing Legal team in EMEA. In this position, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams worldwide, but especially the sales organization, and be someone that can manage multiple demands from internal stakeholders whilst ensuring a high-degree of accuracy and client satisfaction.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone that that is business-minded and customer-obsessed (both internal and external) to make a high impact and contribute to a growing legal team that is part a hugely successful public company at the cutting edge of cloud security. This position will report to Zscaler’s Senior Corporate Counsel EMEA, and will enjoy being part of a wider collaborative, supportive, fun, and friendly global legal team.  This role will require a high degree of self-sufficiency, organizational skills, and proactivity working within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the NDA review and signature process in EMEA, using an AI technology-based solution (training will be provided), to ensure that our sales process is not delayed.
  • Handle all signature requirements for legal documents in EMEA, using our digital signature solution.
  • Become the point person to process other non-revenue generating agreements such as marketing and other vendor contracts from the initial request through execution, working with the in-house attorneys as necessary. 
  • Create and maintain files for customer and vendor contracts and become our EMEA expert of our electronic contract management solution.
  • Provide general administrative and legal support to the EMEA Legal team to further company objectives.
  • This role will be ideal for a non or part-qualified attorney who: thrives in a dynamic environment by practicing effective time management and prioritization, wants to be recognized as a trusted business partner within the Sales, Operations, and Finance organizations, embraces the opportunity to learn new subject matters, displays excellent judgment and maintains strict confidentiality and is a great team player.
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of a similar role, ideally within a SaaS/technology or global enterprise company;
  • You do not need to be a fully qualified lawyer, but ideally candidates will have been University educated with a degree in law or similar;
  • Fluency in English is essential.   Additional European languages are highly desired but not essential;
  • Must possess excellent judgment and be able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines, all within a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • Excellent and demonstrated interpersonal skills;
  • Experience of working with some of the following applications will be a distinct advantage, although training will be provided: Salesforce, DocuSign, Google apps, and/or Box.
