Position Overview:    

     

As a New Hire Zones Connect & Product Trainer in the PK Sales Enablement department, you will play a crucial role in executing the training plans for onboarding new hires and providing continuous education for our tenured sellers. Your primary focus will be on enabling new hires through diverse learning formats, ensuring they meet and exceed their initial goals in digital adoption and client acquisition.

     

What you’ll do as the New Hire Zones Connect & Product Trainer:

Key Responsibilities    

  • Identify training needs and ensure that training that ramps new hire AEs to achieving goals is executed.
  • Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Meet and exceed initial new hire goals.
  • Execute New Hire's learning plan for Digital adoption of ZonesConnect- including how to position, value proposition, and how to drive consumption (special pricing, offers).
  • Execute New Hire's learning plan for Client acquisition – which includes the discussion tracks on obtaining standards and navigating client conversations. Including value proposition and digital experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive alignment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Inspect results that gauge the progress of training plans provide gap awareness/mitigation to obtain ramp and, ultimately, WIG achievement.
  • Develop a method of evangelizing successes through AE competition/recognition and building best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training efforts and overall company objectives.
  • Provide high-quality and engaging training sessions as a consistent staple.
  • Be accountable for resources used during training – both accuracy and relevancy – and provide feedback for training material updates.

    

What you will bring to the team:    

 

Qualifications    

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in training, talent development, or a related field, with a strong background in sales.
  • Experience with E-commerce platform, CRM Application, sales methodologies like QBS and Objection Handling.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills to plan and execute Training development initiatives effectively.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to assess program effectiveness and make data-backed improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices in developing a Sales Team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Training programs.
