Position Overview:
The Operations Specialist will assist our Cloud and Software programs in successfully driving renewal sales. This role requires a highly motivated individual who desires to develop software licensing expertise and experience. This position will work closely across teams in all selling efforts.
What you’ll do as the Operations Specialist - Renewals:
Employees employed in the role of Operations Specialist - Renewals shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

- Manage renewal data on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Create Proactive Renewal Quotes as needed.
- Develop Proficiency in the Creation of Focused Publisher Contracts.
- Provide accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to AMs with appropriate order items.
- Team with the Product & Partner Marketing (PPM) group to execute key strategies around Tier 1 manufacturer promotions; drive the renewal business which supports key company growth areas.
- Proactively research industry trends and publisher updates.
- Ensure that all processes are documented and remain up to date with continual process improvements.

Education/Certification:
- 4 yr. degree preferred
Required Experience:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills and process expertise
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
