Position Details: 
Term: 12 month contract 
Location: 100% remote 
Hours: Mon-Friday standard business hours 
Hourly pay + benefits. 
 
Our client in the utilities sector is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join their GRC team. 
 
What you'll do as the Systems Analyst:

-GRC Planning and OP Planning
  • Put together GRC items for the years 2025 to 2028
  • Prepare OP Planning for the next fiscal year as per guidelines laid out by the Governance team.
 -Work Order management and SOX compliance
  • The resource will perform status updates like marking ZRFS, ZABV and TECO throughout the project lifecycle to adhere SOX compliance along with attaching pre-requisites artifacts.
 -Financial Data Management
  • Lead efforts to update the forecast reports with historical SMOO data establishing benchmarks to visualize the trends, anomalies and other business impacting financial considerations.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams to collect and provide inputs to make necessary decisions.
  • Provide financial suggestions(Budget, Outlook/Actuals, Accruals, etc.,) to stakeholders to make decisions based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management plans to ensure financial commitments are realized.
-Tracking & Reporting
  • Create and maintain internal files for reporting purposes.
  • Tracking and Data analysis using reports like PowerBI to help achieve overall team goal.
 
What you'll bring to the table: 
  • 10+ experience as Systems Analyst providing operational and project support on a wide range of IT processes. 
  • Record of delivering exceptional customer service in helping clients achieve and exceed their business needs 
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, HP Service Manager, MS Office Suite, and Project Management Tools. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a trusted peer network 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Thorough understanding of IT Core Processes and complete IT Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
