Position Overview:

As a Replenishment Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and the management of replenishment strategies for all TSC;s (Technology Solutions Centers. Ongoing process improvements for productivity, efficiency, and performance management for Replenishment activities. As well as, design optimal strategy for daily replenishments from bulk to stock/picking locations, operation meeting or exceeding customer service agreements and expectations, continuous improvement of organization cost improvement against budget and other benchmarks.

Capacity Utilization and Management:

 

  • Define and maintain capacity by location.
  • Manage the continuous maintenance of picking location sizing
  • Manage current capacity utilization and future capacity availability.
  • Set and manage threshold standards that trigger replenishment tasks.

 

Work Standards and Performance Management:

 

  • Define and develop work standards for replenishment activities.
  • Develop and ensure performance management best practices are utilized by area and need.

 

Production Layout and Workflows:

 

  • Facility layout and design as well as modification of existing space
  • Manage facility layout updates and assist with facility construction and design projects.
  • Conduct periodic studies for operational inefficiencies or improvements.

 

Warehouse and Operations:

 

  • Improve throughput of end-to-end processes and operations from receiving to delivery
  • Ensure proper rotation of product to achieve and maintain FIFO standards.
  • Partner with Production Planner/Master Scheduler to align with production schedule and key priorities
  • Work with scheduling team to proactively manage replenishment needs to optimize the picking process and minimize downtime (May need to manage during late shifts or early AM shifts)

 

New process development and rollout:

 

  • Develop process changes and transition to Quality team for ongoing improvement and changes.
  • Document process, work instructions, and flow diagrams.
  • Coaches and trains the trainer on new processes and best practices.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Forklift Certification, and experience with other warehouse equipment such as hand Jack, Cherry Picker
  • 3+ years required of experience in warehouse replenishment and inventory control.
  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (preferably Microsoft D365)
  • Proactive in eliminating wastefulness in production processes.
  • Solve practical problems and develop systems to improve quality and productivity.
  • 5+ years experience in industrial engineering specifically around the various methods of replenishment and optimizing warehouse distribution throughput.
  • Product and location dimension management experience
