Fluidra is seeking a Summer Seasonal hire for a CRM and Warranty Representative role at our Burlington, Ontario location. This is an on-site position will run from May 1st - August 31st.   

   

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE   

As a Customer and Warranty Representative you will coordinate customer service activities of establishment to install, service, maintain, and repair items sold, leased, or rented with service contract or warranty by performing the following duties personally.  

Provide technical and mechanical customer support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and e-mail in accordance with company processes and procedures in both English and French.  

Provide customer service via telephone and e-mail in accordance with company processes and procedures and act as a liaison between outside sales and order entry staff. Additionally, you will  

  • Answering phones, scan and file documents.
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Process Service Calls and Service Requests
  • Scheduling of field service calls.
  • General office duties
  • Input of information into the company data base.
  • Assist customers with order status inquiries.
  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE SEEK  

  • Provide all duties in English and French - Bilingual
  • Polished and professional communication skills.
  • Work experience in a customer service environment using data entry and telephone skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software and email software.
  • Experience with Oracle database a major plus.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks with minimal direction.
  • Swimming pool industry knowledge a plus.

EDUCATION   

High School Diploma or equivalent
