Role Summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing, to lead our marketing efforts to package and productize our offerings, develop compelling marketing materials and design and influence our go-to-market plans.  We are seeking an outstanding B to B marketer who will help Zeta better productize and sell our offerings to leading marketing brands and accelerate our progress toward becoming the leader in data-driven marketing for sophisticated enterprise marketers.   We are a rapidly growing company that has built industry-leading products and services and a team of highly talented and driven professionals who are the leaders in their fields.  We have an intense focus on excellence in everything we do, from hiring and developing industry-leading experts to implementing world-class processes and ensuring operational excellence at every step.  We are a large enough company to have significant scale and be a leader in what we do.  But we are also small enough to be nimble and collaborative and make quick, smart decisions without the bureaucracy of larger companies.  We are seeking a topnotch marketing professional who shares our passion for thought leadership, operational excellence and winning in the marketplace. 

We are seeking an individual who can help us define and package our broad array of industry-leading product and service offerings and develop compelling marketing materials that will enable us to win in the market place.  We have developed a holistic, robust suite of data-driven marketing capabilities, including the leading acquisition database in the industry, the #1 rated data-driven, omni-channel marketing platform, leading client service, leading campaign operations and leading customer experience marketing strategy, analytics and creative offerings.  We have a significant opportunity to better package, price and position our wide range of offerings to better penetrate our target market and further accelerate our already rapid growth.  We are investing heavily for market leadership, and we are seeking an individual who can provide the marketing thought leadership to influence our business strategy and product service marketing roadmap.

This is a critical and high profile role at Zeta working directly with Zeta’s Executive Team and with other key teams across the company, including the CRM business, the Acquisition business, Product Management and Sales & Marketing.  The role reports in to the head of Sales and Marketing and will work closely with the heads of the Acquisition and CRM business and the Chief Product Officer.  You will have a significant opportunity to drive marketing strategy and be a thought leader across Zeta.  You will be a key member of the CRM Division leadership team and will have significant opportunity to influence business and marketing strategies and priorities for that business.


  • Defines and implements marketing strategies and programs for products and services across Zeta
  • Performs market research, competitive analysis, market trend analysis and internal assessments to inform product strategies and plans
  • Develops platform and service products, defines positioning, scope, functionality, pricing, key messages and marketing materials
  • Creates compelling content (e.g. sales collateral, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc) to articulate the benefits of our products
  • Packages our industry-leading thought leadership for fee and non-fee offerings and to reinforce the value of our expertise-based strategy and analytics product offerings
  • Works with the senior business leaders and the Chief Product Officer to prioritize and guide the development of the new product and service functionality roadmaps
  • Assesses and reports on performance of the different product offerings to inform the development and refinement of company strategies and investments
  • Works with the VP of Field Marketing to ensure Sales teams have appropriate product information and marketing materials


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably from a top school. MBA from top program highly preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in B to B Product Marketing. 5+ years in marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated track record of product marketing excellence and thought leadership at a leading B to B SaaS and/or service company
  • Deep knowledge of B2B product marketing processes, measurement, and best practices
  • Demonstrated skills building, mentoring and managing a team of product marketing professionals
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.  The ability to connect and empathize with people
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Great presentation skills and proven ability to produce and deliver client and internal presentations
  • Superb professionalism and mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship building
  • Strategic thought leadership -  ability to structure and lead strategic conversations
