Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-faceted media expert to join our fast growing to help refine our approach to leveraging media in our omnichannel lifecycle marketing solutions. You will be a team leader and SME on all things media and conversion optimization across a wide range of clients.

Hands-On: You roll up your sleeves to lead both the strategic vision and implementation for your clients.

Deep Channel Expertise: in PPC, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic, and are competent at most of the other digital marketing channels.

You Deliver: you have a track record of meeting program goals for your clients

Explorer/Tester: You have a track record for discovering scalable marketing channels for your clients that nobody else is using

Leadership: your clients and teams love you

UX Driven: metrics influence your decision but people's happiness drives your strategies.

Ownership: You think and act like the CEO of your book of business

 

Responsibilities

  • You will own media strategy and execution as core component of our broader omnichannel lifecycle marketing solutions
  • Develop and execute near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics to increase conversion and revenue
  • Experienced with Addressable Media and Audience Onboarding tools like LiveRamp and Facebook Custom Audience, among others
  • Manage the day-to-day media marketing activities across multiple platforms and clients
  • Create, analyze, and optimize our paid media content and copy (Google/Bing/Yahoo, Facebook/Instagram, Programmatic and More)
  • Continuously test ad creatives, bids, placements, landing pages, and audiences to drive profitable growth
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations
  • Work collaboratively with Account and Cross-Channel Strategy teams to translate client needs into campaign strategies that over-deliver on their needs
  • Assist on new business pitches
  • Interview and mentor junior team members

 

General Qualifications

  • You have deep expertise in digital media, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization, and you have the client results to prove it.
  • Expert knowledge in media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic and more.
  • Bonus points for direct response and addressable/custom audience chops.
  • 7+ years progressive growth in a media strategy and execution focused role.
