Description

We are looking for an Account Director to drive CRM marketing for a portfolio of the most well-known brand advertisers in the world. Account Directors are responsible for partnering with Sales to successfully onboard new clients, growing revenue from existing customer relationships, driving adoption of Zeta services and ensuring long term growth and contract renewals. This seasoned account management professional will lead cross-functional teams across the global organization to deliver customer acquisition campaigns for Zeta’s clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for our largest client relationships
  • Manage a cross functional team of Account Managers, Project Managers, Analysts, Designers, and Campaign Managers
  • Assist clients with execution of their email, direct mail, and digital marketing initiatives, as well as media planning
  • Manage strategic analysis and recommendations
  • Drive the client business to grow their monthly spend with Zeta across all client LOB’s
  • Create and provide monthly and quarterly competitive intelligence reviews
  • Take diligent meeting notes, provide written weekly client status reports, as well as weekly recaps for internal team members
  • Proactively maximize and expand the use of Zeta’s product suite among existing customers, renew, up and cross-sell
  • Develop and sustain high-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted consultant who will help optimize clients’ CRM investments through strategy, service and technology
  • Oversee training, mentoring, and development of direct reports
 
Requirements:
  • BS or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in account management
  • Extensive experience managing executive client relationships and delivering exemplary client service while achieving revenue and profitability goals
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, management and career development skills and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Intelligent, entrepreneurial type with strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain customer trust, retain and grow customer investment
  • Experience with account portfolio planning/tiering, forecasting, and prioritization
  • Excellent time management/project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
